2 slices applewood smoked back bacon
1 large egg
.5 tbsp 2% milk
12 grams old cheddar cheese, shredded
1 gram fresh dill weed, chopped
Preheat oven to 350°
Put bacon into muffin tin as the 'lining'
Crack the egg in
Add the milk
Sprinkle the cheese on top
Sprinkle the dill on top of the cheese
Bake for 17-20 minutes (maybe longer, make sure it isn't still runny). After removing from the oven, add salt/pepper/whatever if you wish.
